Postdeadline Paper to be presented at CLEO®/Europe-EQEC 2017

CUDOS PhD candidate Moritz Merklein’s and Dr Birgit Stiller’s postdeadline paper ‘On-chip non-reciprocal light storage’ was accepted for presentation at the CLEO®/Europe-EQEC 2017, held in Munich on 25-29 June 2017.

Stiller and Merklein

Building on their recent results of the coherent storage of optical information as acoustic phonons, the team now shows non-reciprocal light storage via Stimulated Brillouin Scattering in a planar integrated photonic circuit.

The paper will be presented by Dr Birgit Stiller on Wednesday, 28 June 2017 at CLEO®/Europe-EQEC 2017 in Munich.
