Prof Eggleton elected Fellow of ATSE
 

Honouring his internationally recognised contributions to photonics both in university and industrial settings.

The Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering is one of Australia’s four Learned Academies. On November 15th in Brisbane, Ben was one of 28 elected Fellows at the ATSE Annual General Meeting.

Dr Jeremy Burdon FTSE, Chief, CSIRO Plant Industry, Canberra – honoured for his major contributions, as a scientist and senior science manager, to plant-based agriculture and conservation in Australia.

Professor Ashley Bush FTSE, Head, Oxidation Biology Laboratory, Mental Health Research Institute of Victoria – honoured for his world-renowned research into advancing understanding and treatment of Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases.
